| Warranty Service Procedure |

All warranty claims must be supported by Mr. Mark original warranty card. |
| • |
In the absent of warranty card due to misplace, prove of Delivery Order and /or cash bill authorized dearlers must be provided |
| • |
All warranty starts from the date of purchase by the consumers |
| • |
All terms and conditions shall follow strictly according to the terms and conditions stipulated in our official warranty card. Mr.Mark Tools shall not be responsible for any other claims. |

For outstation warranty claims, Mr. Mark Tools shall not be responsible for transport charges. |
| • |
Mr. Mark Tools shall only replace new tool if the damage unit is beyond repair within the warranty period. In no time the dealers can demand for new tool replacement. |
| • |
Duration of warranty shall follow strictly to the warranty cards that accompany the tools which normally will carry a period of 3 months or 6 months (appendix as below) |
